Are Your Earrings Hypoallergenic?

Yes! Each earring is made with hypoallergenic titanium posts!
Titanium contains no traces of nickel (which is what usually causes ear irritation).

If your ears remain sensitive to our earrings, we will send you a refund. No questions asked!

What is The Size of The Earrings?

Our earrings are cute and tiny, yet still visible, making them perfect for everyday wear. Depending on the style, they are about a third of a finger pad or around .3 to .45 inches in diameter.

We use titanium posts that are 9.5mm (~0.37in) in length and 21 gauge.

Where Is [insert country]'s Flag Earrings?

Not to worry, Shoot us an email to Hello@Stardoe.com and we will add the country flag earrings to the shop as soon as we can :)

Are Your Products Actually Handmade?

Yup (with love actually).

How Do You Package The Earrings?

We package your earrings in white jewelry boxes, with room for up to 4 pairs per box. Your earrings arrive safe, secure, and ready to wear or gift!

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?

Gift wrapping isn't available just yet, but it's coming soon for the next holiday season (November 2026!).

For now, your Stardoe accessories will arrive in cute packaging that's perfect for gifting as-is.

Do You Do Custom Orders For Earrings?

We usually reserve that for 12+ pairs. However, if you have a general suggestion of what you want to see, please offer requests! We love getting them!

Can I Change/Cancel my order?

Absolutely! Whether you accidentally sent your Stardoe order to the wrong address, added the wrong pair to your cart, or you want to cancel your order for any other reason, we've got you covered.

Please send an email to Hello@Stardoe.com with your order number, and within one hour of your purchase, and we will change/refund your order before it is shipped out.

I'm buying gifts for multiple people. Can each person get their own box?

Yes! We include 1 box per 4 pairs with every order.

Do You Offer Gift Cards?

Yes, we offer virtual gift cards for the Stardoe Studio website. You can purchase an e-gift card here.

Please note this is a digital gift card and will be sent to the recipient's email; no physical card will be mailed.

When Will My Order Be Shipped Out?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days!

However, we may take an extra day during the busy holiday season (will be communicated in advance).

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days!

Please note: In December, our processing times are 3-4 business days

Estimated Shipping Times:

-Canada (4-6 Business Days)

-USA (4-6 Business Days)

Do You Offer Pickup?

We unfortunately do not offer pickup. However, Stardoe is also carried in various independent stores in Canada and the US! Ask us where! 😊
